EastEnders star John Partridge to tie the knot

EastEnders actor John Partridge is getting ready to order a wedding cake and walk down the aisle.

The soap star has revealed that he is planning to book a wedding venue and marry his partner Jon Tsouras.

He said that the couple have been together for seven years now and as a result, it is high time they tied the knot.

Speaking about when the nuptials may take place, the 38-year-old, who plays Christian Clarke in the show, said: "My lovely Jon's Canadian and it's all about when his family can come over, which might be this autumn."

Partridge also appeared on the judging panel for Over The Rainbow, but admitted that although he choreographed a Bollywood dance routine for EastEnders, he will not be doing the same when he gets married.

Charlotte Church is also a judge on the BBC talent show and earlier this month she confirmed that she and partner Gavin Henson, who have two children together, are now engaged.
