Earl Spencer planning third wedding?

Earl Spencer has reportedly proposed to what could end up being his third wife.

Princess Diana's brother has popped the question to widow and mother-of-three Lady Bianca Eliot, who he has been seeing for 18 months, the Daily Mail reports.

Despite already being divorced twice, the news provider claims that 45-year-old Spencer seems keen to give marriage another go and send out some wedding invitations.

Ms Eliot's husband Jago died after suffering an epileptic fit while taking a bath in 2006, aged just 40.

A source tells the publication: "They are very much in love and everyone wants Bianca to be happy again after the grief of Jago's life being cut so suddenly short."

The Daily Mail also states that many friends are stunned by the news, as they did not think Spencer would want to order a wedding photographer and walk down the aisle again.

The Spencer family heritage dates back to pre-Tudor times and its Althrop Estate covers 14,000 acres of countryside in Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Norfolk.
