Shakira 'has no plans to marry'

Sexy She Wolf singer Shakira has revealed that she is unlikely to ever don a wedding dress or tie the knot.

Despite being in a monogamous nine-year relationship with her investment banker partner Antonio de la Rua, the Colombian-born star does not see them getting married in the future.

Speaking to Rolling Stone magazine, the 32-year-old explained: "It's funny how the papers want to see you married and then they want to see you divorced.

"Well, I won't do any of it, at any point."

She and Antonio may not find themselves hiring a wedding planning professional any time soon, but that does not mean that they have no intentions of having kids.

The singer said she is starting to feel maternal and hinted that her plans to have a baby may not be too far off.

Antonio is the son of the former president of Argentina, Fernando de la Rua.
