The type of school you go to 'has impact on who you marry'

The type of school a person goes to could has an impact on who they choose to marry, people currently in the throes of wedding planning might like to know.

New research has revealed that women who went to single-sex schools are likely to be more attracted to effeminate men because they are accustomed to being surrounded by girls.

Psychologists at St Andrews University, along with researchers from the universities of Liverpool, Aberdeen and Stirling, who were responsible for the study, claimed that a person's "visual diet" during childhood has an impact on their associations with attractiveness in adulthood.

As evidence, Ashley Davies of Edinburgh, who went to an all-girls school, told the Scotsman: "I do tend to favour men who embrace their feminine side. I'm attracted to men like Johnny Depp and Killers frontman Brandon Flowers."

One of the most effeminate men in showbiz at the moment is High School Musical star Zac Efron.

He was recently rumoured to be planning on saying I do and cutting a wedding cake with long-term girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens, however the reports have since been quashed.

Wedding invitations are the first step towards filling your wedding with friends and family. Make sure you do it right by getting the wedding invitations right.
