A reception to Never Forget?

Some 50 per cent of couples who are wedding planning would hire Take That to perform at their reception if money was no object.

At least that is the result of a survey by the National Wedding Show, which found that Swedish pop group Abba were also strong favourites for the post-wedding party, with 30 per cent of the votes.

However, when it came to that all-important first dance, around half of brides and grooms-to-be said Frank Sinatra's I Get A Kick Out Of You would be their song of choice, followed closely by I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing by Aerosmith with a third of the votes.

Recently a study conducted by UK-Disco.com and published by the Performing Rights Society found that Amazed by Lonestar was the most requested song at weddings during 2007.

The poll of wedding DJs also revealed Bryan Adams' Everything I Do and Angels by Robbie Williams were firm favourites among newlyweds and their guests.ADNFCR-1730-ID-18710703-ADNFCR
