My First Blog

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my first blog! I have never done this before so I am very excited to be 'blogging' for the first time.

Let me introduce myself.  My name is Fran, and I work on several areas of hitched.co.uk including the fashion section.  I love my job and always make sure that the area's in which I specialise are kept up to date and looking fresh.  I try and attend every big wedding event that happens around the UK, and am very much looking forward to my next adventure which will be the British Bridal Buyer Awards up in Harrogate in a couple of weeks time.

Some of you might have read my articles in 'Wedding Ideas' magazine.  I write a column called 'Plan with Fran' which focuses on a different wedding planning related topic every month. I am also always on the look out for any unusual or exciting wedding stories that you may have experienced or are about to experience.
