Katie Price 'issues gagging order to wedding guests'
It seems
Katie Price is going to great lengths to make sure her wedding to Alex Reid
remains a secret.
While I
usually expect any wedding invitations I get to give me all the information I
need about a celebration, those invited to Katie Price's nuptials have
allegedly received something rather different.
The Sun
reports that the model is making all of her guests sign a confidentiality
agreement, even if they do not come to the celebration.
She is set
to marry Alex Reid at the beginning of July and according to the newspaper,
does not want to be embarrassed if celebrities decline her invitations.
When
friends and family have signed the gagging order, she will then let them know
where the wedding venue is.
A source
tells the publication: "It is very cloak and dagger. They haven't
confirmed where it is, even though they're already erecting marquees."
It is
thought Piers Morgan, who is set to marry girlfriend Celia Walden this summer,
is one of the attendees.
Now, I can
understand why some famous faces would go to great lengths to make sure their
wedding is a private affair, but I think Jordan
is taking things a step too far.
It sounds
like she is more concerned about any negative publicity and what it could do to
her reputation than she is about keeping the big day a secret.
If she
really wants the wedding to be a private event, why is she making such a big
fuss – surely she knows things like this will always get leaked to the press?
What do you think of the confidentiality
agreement?
