Keeping relationships fresh ahead of the big day

Actress Jessica Biel may not be planning to tie the knot and cut her wedding cake any time soon with Sexy Back singer Justin Timberlake, but she is set to experience what it is like to be engaged.

The I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry star has reportedly signed up to star in and produce a naughty new comedy called F***ing Engaged.

It sounds a tad risque - and it is! The film will see her play the part of a woman who is in the throes of wedding planning.

She and her groom-to-be vow to have sex every day in the run up to their wedding in order to avoid becoming like their dull parents who no longer enjoy the same passion they once did.

But this got me thinking about real-life couples and whether it is possible. Perhaps some pairs are so busy with wedding planning that the stress might put them off having sex as often as usual.

On the other hand, it's not unheard of for couples to refrain altogether in a bid to make the wedding night all the more special - think Charlotte and Trey in Sex and the City ... although granted, she did get a nasty surprise when they finally did the deed!
