The ultimate wedding disaster

Gisele Bundchen and her husband Tom Brady are being sued for $1 million (£600,000) by newspaper photographers who have claimed that they were shot at by security guards at the pair's wedding reception in Costa Rica.

They had reportedly climbed a wall to get some snaps of supermodel Gisele in her wedding dress, but were quickly chased away by the guards who allegedly opened fire at them.  

Money aside, this can't be a nice scenario for the newlyweds. Just five months after cutting their wedding cake I expect they would like to look back fondly at their big day, but it has now been tainted.

This may be an extreme wedding disaster, but generally in the world of us mortals, a lot of drama goes down at weddings - whether as a result of a family rift or just some gobby guests having too much to drink and starting an argument or even worse, a barroom brawl! It's the same when most families get together.
