Eva Longoria to renew marriage vows in second wedding

Eva Longoria is planning a second wedding with her husband Tony Parker - just two years after their original ceremony. She told Hello! magazine that the first event went by too quickly as it was such a frenzy and as such, she wants to be able to enjoy her big day properly a second time round, Metro reports.

When they first tied the knot in 2007, it was a star-studded lavish affair in Paris. In fact, one would argue that the sheer scale of the nuptials was just as much for the media and the couple's A-list status as it was for them - particularly because basketball star Tony strikes me as quite a shy guy.

So it should come as no surprise that they would like to renew their vows and are wedding planning with a more intimate and sincere affair in mind.

At the other end of the spectrum, some couples tie the knot in impromptu weddings and regret not having their family and friends there later on, so choose to renew their vows in a more traditional way with a glamorous wedding dress, reception and the whole shebang.
