Snow versus sun: Which wedding location would you choose?
Probably one of the coolest, funniest and most laidback celebrity couples in Tinseltown are set to tie the knot this June - the equally stunning and uber-stylish Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson.
My spies at People magazine told me that while the pair are excited about the prospect of becoming husband and wife, the daunting task of deciding on a wedding venue may prove to be a bit of a struggle.
And why wouldn't it? If I were a successful Hollywood star, with hundreds of A-listers' numbers on speed dial in my BlackBerry I know I would want to plan the most lavishly glamorous affair - particularly at a top-notch and stunning location.
According to a source close to the couple, they are having trouble deciding between a ceremony at Kate's mum Goldie Hawn's house in the picturesque, snow-dusted Colorado town of Aspen and Owen's home in the gloriously tropical Hawaii. What a dilemma - snow versus sun.
What they do know is that they want to keep the ceremony small and low-key, which sounds very chic and tasteful, provided we get a word and picture-perfect description of the entire day. I hear Kate's thinking about wearing a Dior wedding dress, which I do not for the life of me want to miss.
Whichever location they decide upon, I'm sure the wedding will be beautiful - snow, mountains, sun, sea, sand or surf.
If you were a celebrity and money was no object, where would you like to tie the knot? Italy like Katie and Tom? Sydney like Nicole and Keith? Or what about the New York Public Library like a certain fictitious yet equally stylish Carrie Bradshaw and Mr Big?
