It's nearly the weekend.

And guess what?  I'm working again!

At the moment, I'm waiting to hear if a price on a product is correct as I need to change a promo.  Also today, I have been two editors in one, as I had to send my junior home sick.  He looked really really ill.  I hope I don't catch it!  And he's covered in sores as his skin is playing up.  Not a good look.  And it's not nice when you have to take over someone's work and you find dead skin on the edit suite desk!!!

Just found out that I missed out on the Capri on Ebay by 20p!  How annoying!  So the search for a silver 1:43 scale capri for the cake topper continues!  At this rate, we'll have to get one that's the wrong colour, and spray it or something.  If we start having to paint model cars, then Iain can do that!  It will look a right old mess if I do it.

So today I was a bad girl and spent £91 on Elemis products.  I'm determined to get my skin in really good condition in time for November.  I'm so lazy - I need to make more of an effort.  Elemis stuff is lovely, but very pricey, although there was a good deal on the time to spa website with a free gift, so it's not all bad. 

Then at lunchtime I went into the staff shop and found they were selling Philosophy stuff off in aid of charity!  I was in heaven and managed to top up my pure grace stockpile.  Again, I justified this as a wedding purchase.  Hmm, I need to stop doing that really as at this rate, I'll have spent all my overtime!  But it was a bargain!  And for a good cause.  Although I never asked what the cause was.  Shallow?  Maybe!

Well it turns out that the nice planner has ammended the price on the internet, so I don't have to change the promo.  That's what I call service.  And it means that I have saved our lovely customers the frankly staggering sum of 3p!!!  Wow!  No idea what the product was, maybe I'll have a look.  Oh, it's a bag.

Right, well I'd better check on the other editor, to make sure he's ok, then hopefully I might be able to go home!
