 I found it great....the ring I wanted was well over £1500 in shops like Goldsmiths and Beaverbrooks, but I paid half that. Mine is A043 with a princess cut diamont and it looks exactly like the picture online. They were great really, and rang my H2B to check the order before they made up the ring as we did it all online.

 It came in a lovely little wooden box, special delivery with all the documentation and insurance valuation which is RRP, not the price you paid. And if you decide to buy a wedding ring from them, they offer you a discount.

 You can ring them up and speak to a real person as well, it doesn't have to all be done online.

 I can honestly say I had no problems at all.
