I like Callum and Ben best from your list (Andrew was nearly Callum. It's very popular up here though, at least it was in 2004 when A was born). James is, of course, one of the best names , it goes well with Ethan. My two are Andrew [mymaidenname] and James Thomas.

My boys are Andrew & James. My (very) long list of names from the start of my pregnancy with James, some of which H vetoed, is as follows...
