If I have a 1kg piece of pork which includes crackling and stuffing, how long do I cook it for and at what temp? Do I cover it? I seem to have lost the inability to think today. I know it's usually 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins but what it's not all just meat? Thanks muchly.
