    When can babies have mayonnaise?

     I'm running out of lunch ideas for my 9 month old and was wondering when she could have mayonnasie? Not that she'd be having mayonnaise sandwiches! But tuna,egg etc

     from 6 months they can have pretty much anything i think.

     

    i would stick to the shop bought stuff though so it dosnt have raw egg in it.

    bought - I would say from 6 mths probably, although I've not looked closely at the ingrediants.  I tend to stick more simple food, so I mix tuna / egg etc with greek yoghurt or a bit of philly for sarnies.

    Home made - err as long as you make sure teeh eggs are lion marked, you should be ok, but I'd probably wait till over a year, just to be safer.

    I dont feel so bad about letting Isabelle pinch my tuna and salad cream sandwich today then...
