  • Hold my hand...please

I know everyone finds anons a bit frustrating and I am so sorry for being one but I'm not ready to out myself here yet and I am a regular.  I've just done a HPT and got a faint line.  Feeling a bit freaked out at the moment.  I'm very happy but still shocked at the same time.  We were trying but not seriously and I really didn't think it would happen this fast.  It will be 2 under 2 for us so please hold my hand and tell me things are going to be fine.  I'm scared of pregnancy.

  • Re: Hold my hand...please

Congratulations! There are plenty of hands on here to hold and lots of wonderful advice, as I am sure as a regular you are aware of!

Thank you all.  My brain seems to have completely fallen out since taking the test.  I can't even remember when my last period was.  Don't think it was any longer than 6 weeks ago though.  Will conception indicators help to confirm it a bit more?  Also should I be doing anything.  Can't think straightTongue Tied

I was drinking last night too.  I really didn't think I was pregnant at all.

Dont worry about the drinking, i drank when preg with aaron as i didnt know i was pg until 10 weeks.

Get a cbd if you can and it will tell you, if its a faint line you may just be pregnant, depends where you are as to what to do. I know here my first appt with midwife was 5/6 weeks last pregnancy i had xx

HelloBig Smile As someone who had an absolute horroific first pregnancy and the thought of a second pregnancy filled me with absolute dread - my second one has been an amazing breeze in comparison. There are actually quite a lot of us on here now who are in the camp of first pregnancy crap, second pregnancy okay! I am completely knackered at 7 months, working full time anjd dealign with a toddler and an irritating OH but at 7 months last time I was on lots of different drugs and still in agongy and in tears all the time... so second time round it can be soooo much easier.

Plus the positive of 2 under 2 it is still fairly familair to you so you won't be like me who is in the two under two and a half camp where those extra 6 months+ have meant I can abrely remember anythingKiss

We are here for you whatever you want to do and for whatever support you needHug

    Congrats if you want itKiss

Congratulations. Have you told your H? Partner?

You'll need to book an appointment to see the doctor or direct with a midwife depending on how it works for you.

Refresh yourself on the foods not to eat but generally it's common sense I think.

I remember feeling total shock when I fell pregnant with Phoebe and she was planned so don't worry.
