£1 all in is great value as you won't need any other boxes, packaging etc which can really whack the cost of favours up!!

Great idea!!! I've just decided to do something similar - i've got horses and so my mum is going to make horse shaped cookies with white icing (same colour as my horse!) and then we'll wrap them up like the ones in your pic.

I think it'll be a nice personal touch and everyone will know why mine are horse shaped!!

I think people like little things like that at weddings and i hate seeing expensive favours go to waste etc.

do you like shortbread? I had this idea the other day.In asda in the backing/cake section the usually sell round shortbread biscuits (20 in a box, 2 boxes £2.50) you could by some organza bags or sellophane (sp?) and put two biscuits in each bag. ok they wont have any names or anything but they taste really nice and cheap!
