Just wanted to share this with you all. I found something that is really working for me. I have dropped half a stone in just a month. 
It's this great website that sends out daily recipes from Monday - Friday.
It's quite quirky (based around a 1950's housewife). But all the recipes are max 550 cals, avg 5% sat fat and 30 mins to prepare and make. You also get a weekly shopping list. Everything is really nutritious - and there's no cutting carbs or dairy. It's about balance. And it's all worked out for you so you don't need to think, just follow. It's not rabbit food - just wholesome and filling.
Anyway - been following for a couple of weeks and it's made mealtimes so much easier. Thought I would share my tip!
