Can PS3 games be copied?

I just Froogled for FIFA 2009 and the cheapest ones are on fleabay. Can they be copies? I don't want to buy any cheap tat!

Hmmmmm, if I go for a new and sealed one do you think it would be OK? Although, usually when things seem to good to be true there is something going on ..... They are half the price of the ones in the shops.

Are they uk games?  That is the first thing to check.  Apart form that, they could be nicked.  I wold think they're more likely to be stolen than copies. I thought games had all sorts of things to stop you being able to copy them?

It may be tempting but I wouldn't buy them. I don't even buy pre owned as I had some faulty some time ago.

Sony has proprietary copy protection on PS3, so at the moment there is no pirate software available (until someone managed to hack it).
