Ok so I was pretty set on my names but now the daddyhas had his two penny worth and put oubt in my mind. So I already have a 3 year old daughter called Sophia Mai so it has to go with that.

So for a girl I had

Annie

For a boy I had

Benjamin Thomas

Oliver Thomas

Henry Thomas

But I cant think of a middle name for Annie and Im not sure if I like it and the middle name is set for a boy but Im now not sure of the first names.

So what do you think to the names that I have and can you suggest any??

I think Annie is best suited to a short middle name, like Jane.

Of the boys, I like them all, but think Oliver Thomas sounds the nicest.

Annie Rose?

Love all the boys names. We have a Rose which I love, Annie Rose is similar to Sophia Mai if that makes sense! 

For a boy I love Benjamin. 

Annie, do you need to have a middle name? The only reason we gave our daughter a middle name was because it was what I wanted to call her before friends called their daughter that (Grace ..... oh Annie Grace sounds good )

I love the name Anna - which could then be known as Annie (or not, if you decide you prefer Anna). I think Anna/Annie Rose sounds lovely and would go well with Sophia Mai.

I think I like Oliver Thomas the most of your boys names.

Please can I be really thick - somebody mentioned this to me the other day and I dont understand well they actually said Ben Tom and I dont understand why. Please can you explain? Is it something rude??

Is it perhaps it sounds like bent and that may be amusing to young boys?!

I know a Ben Thomas - he's a good chap, and a rather fab teacher from what I have been told by parents whose offspring are taught by him!

I used to know a Sophie and her sister was Fleur... which I thought was a beautiful name... probably no help but if you are looking for something unusal.... plus I love all the boys names but especially Ben.

i have a benjamin and a thomas so think both names are fab of course!  I think when you use a middle name you'd prob use full benjamin so i think benjamin thomas is lovely.

we have Thomas James and Benjamin Robert.  I like Oliver THomas too.  Not so keen on Henry but love Harry Thomas.

Also i'm not too keen on Annie but love Anna.  I like Anna Elizabeth and Anna Katherine and other long names like that.

I have a Benjamin Thomas   It's a fabulous name and I couldn't see any reason why he'd ever get picked on because of it.

I do like the name Annie but I'd probably go for Anne something and have the nickname as Annie personally.  Name are a complete nightmare to choose though!

I think Annie has to either have one syllable or three for a middle name
