AHHHH this thread is lovely and really really does make you appreciate what you DO have.

Me I am wobbling at the moment about TTC No2.  I love my DD with all my heart - am very contented and can't work out why I am TTC No2.  I really don't want to spoil what we have already.  I just keep having this thought in my mind that we 'should' try for 2.

L is currently making her way into the terrible twos, deep joy.  The rest of the time she's fabulous.  She spent ages 'baking' in her kitchen the other day, then brought me a 'cak' (not quite mastered the e) on a plate which we had to share, which was 'mmmm, yum yum' in her words

I think we may have the same dress in blue then damn,  though i'd have an excuse to shop some more!  yep, cat bowls make great paint pots.   we were actually painting wrapping paper for the C word.  I'm too tight to pay for the real stuff (of course I will do for L's pressies )

The more I go on, the more convinced I am that Sam will be my one and only, for no other reason that I simply have no desire to have any more, I just don't have that need.  Luckily OH is of the same mind and maybe next year when my coil is due to be changed he may take up the contraceptive slack and make it permanent.

I seem to have acquired two more with my OH's girls who we have 50% of the time, which is fun for Sam, but he still likes his time alone also.  He has a fantastic father figure with my OH, who treats Sam as he does his girls - Sam adores him and vice versa, which just confirms my decision that he was the right one for me to take a chance with again.  We are v happy now.  I have gone part time too, which means that Sam and I get some us time in the morning and afternoon, we are two weeks in and its amazing the difference.
