OT - HPAD - any point in coming back?

I started HPAD quite well but then with all the upheaval of moving in March, then kept losing my camera, or my cable, or having probs uploading pics I got chucked off it after the requisite 30 days of no posting.  I don't think I could commit to doing a photo every single day any more and tbh I don't know if I want to cos I'd just end up taking photos of meaningless cr@p for the sake of it, although I could poss manage more than 1 a week but it'd be nice to have some kind of photographic record of the year.

Is it worth doing (a) if I've missed so much and (b) if I don't think I could manage one every single day?

I'm in a similar dilemma, I liked doing it when I could, but when I had all my exams etc I just lost track of it and now I'm lucky if I remember every 2 weeks.

Oh do come back - some people do a photo a week or so, some less often - it's just good to have people on board! A lot of us are going through a bit of a mojo-free patch but then something exciting comes up that you want to share with the group and it's great to be able to.

    Hi,

This is uncanninly wierd to see you posting this as I was just thinking the same thing as I came on line  I have had computer problems since March and as such my HPADing disappeared (although i am still taking photos most days).  I am not sure whether it is worth me re-joining HPAD at this late stage when my photos are really just for my own pleasure. It would be odd to join an already established group won't it?

I'm much the same, have forgotten completely that I'm meant to be doing it...

Plenty of HPADers are "once in a blue moon" photographers Wink you could do that?

I'm not too bothered about the "established group" thing as I never really took part much in discussions anyway, I just liked seeing all the pics.

Right, if I do it, will all you other switherers come back too?

Who is it I need to contact to get back on, is it Mrs Magic?
