I don't have a photo, but nearly 16 yrs ago at school I made one for a cookery project that fell at about the same time as my little sisters first birthday. I was a round sponge, I made a tablecloth/blanket with roll out icing which I painted checks on using a paintbrush and food colouring, I coloured some more roll out icing stuff yellow and moulded two teddy bears to sit on the cloth. I used marzipan fruits. White chocolate buttons for plates, dolly mixtures cut to look like sandwiches and Swiss roll. Sorry I don't have a pic, it was a long time ago!
