Hi everyone just thought I'd check in and say hi. I've been so busy this week that i've struggled a bit. Also had 2 meals out but have only had 10 of my bonus points so far. Ideally I;d have none but the meals out wrecked that (and the wine I NEEEED tonight). My WW meeting is on monday so I'll wait until then for the official weigh in. I've also been so busy I haven't managed the gym and think it'll stay this way for the next 3 weeks. Oh well, I'll just try and really stick to the eating wisely.
I've got a 2 day course next week which will involve food I can't control - there's always something isn't there?
We booked 2 weeks in Dubai in May last night so that is going to be my motivator - I WILL get there but it's just going to be slow with life getting in the way!
