    Well I have stayed the same, I didn't really motivate myself until Tuesday so had an indulgent weekend but I have been to the gym twice and power walked each lunchtime so hopefully will see some loss next Friday! I am definitely more ready now to cut out the cr*p, cut down on the wine and get my rear to the gym more! Big Smile

    Hiya I have lost 2lb and like you was a bit miffed as I have been so so good and as I am such a fattie 2lb is like pocket change to a millionaire lol so hoping the theory stand of it coming off next week wasn't that good last night and prob won't be tonight either but I can't be good all the time

    Morning all! I weighed in at 9st 3lbs (actually 9st 2.75lbs lol but rounding up) this morning so 4lb loss for me. I won't take all the credit though as I bought new scales yesterday so that could have something to do with it. Getting closer to my target yippee!!

    Just 1lb off for me which makes me 10st 7lb - not surprised with all the crap I've eaten the last couple of days.  Hopefully can get back into it properly again very soon when I'm better.

    Well done everyone, whether you have lost llbs or stayed the same (not gaining is still good) you are all doing GREAT!  Please don't be so hard on yourselves, as it's tough to get motivated/into something for the start of the new year.

    I weighed myself first thing (like I did last week) and the scales said I was 9st 3.8llbs, so that's a loss for me.

     

    Food for today:

    B = small bowl of special flakes with ss milk

    L = homous with breadsticks or a pitta bread and maybe a cup a soup

    D = quorn fajitas - tesco redced fat sour cream & chive dip, cool salsa, multigrain wraps, lettuce, peppers, mushroom Stick out tongue

    Snacks = not sure as yet, probably fruit!

     

    Exercise:

    I have just finished my 6th Shred and have to say it is getting easier.  Hopefully I can progress to level 2 on Friday next week Tongue Tied

    I've got a physio appt later, so I shall be parking at the swimming pool and walking round to the hospital (I don't have any money to pay for the parking, so it's a good incentive to walk!), which is about 10 mins and then on the way back N and I will divert into the castle grounds so that I can take my HPAD.  With all of that combined I hope to walk for over 30 mins
