centrepiece - flash

Just got inspired by delvesje to flash my centrepiece. Its only six weeks away and feel the need to do a bit of flashing

Thanks. Yes its real ivy. OH found and cut the wood, Ikea supplied candles and I wrapped ribbon and rafia around them. OH is going to screw candles onto wood for health and safety. Its not the best view so each one with be tweeked nearer time and given fresh ivy- I think it fits nicely with the 'wood theme'

These are gorgeous, this is exactly what I want for my enchanted garden theme!  Did your H2B just find a broken tree to cut up?! Did you have to clean it up? (think that might actually be a pretty silly question!).

OH went into the woods and found a fallen piece of oak then chain sawed it into rings. Thats all he did (now hes taking credit for whole centrepieces) We have now preburnt all the candles as well so even when they are first lite they look even more rustic
