Wedding Venue in Mallorca?

If anyone has any information on wedding venues in Mallorca, I'd love to hear from you.  I am looking to get married Sept 2011 and am open to suggestions.  We have booked to go over in October for a week to have a look around a few places.

We are also looking to get married in Mallorca in August 2011. There are so many options you can choose from and will all depend on what you are looking for but so far we have been in touch with:

Finca San Bosch

Hospes Maricel (expensive)

Hotel Can Simoneta (expensive)

Son Marriog (have to do everything else yourself - catering etc)

Puro Beach Hotel

Other options are:

Villa hire

Would suggest visiting to all the wedding planner websites and then having a look at all their venues, then googling description and information they have provided and you can normally find the places!

We are also going over in October to have a look around - I have a wedding planner organizing all the small bits and pieces for me (transport, information packs for guests staying the week, liasing/negotiating with the hotel, ordering flowers, hair/make up, bands and entertainment). She is pretty good and has thought about loads of things that I hadn't even considered.

Thanks for your email and the suggestions.  I have been reading through various reviews on this website and I contacted the Yacht Club Cala d'Or.  We had a reply within the hour and we are really excited.  It looks amazing.  We have arranged to visit them during our trip in October and they have set up meetings with suppliers etc already so we will get everything sorted in one visit and no need for a planner either.

Have you been to the Yacht Club yet?  Just wanted to mention that we got married there in June and it was fantastic!  My husband and I had the most perfect day and all our guests really did too.  One of my guests has even booked her wedding for next year she loved it so much.

The wedding co-ordinator at the Club was very helpful and did most of arranging for me and it was no extra, all part of the package. 

It was so much nicer than any venue I looked at in the UK and it was about a third of the cost in the end!
