    i think the latest hit has been nigellas Ham in coke.  Closely followed by nigellas italian meat and cheese pie!

    for pudding probably the soggy lemon, pear and almond cake - it's divine.

    Chilli is my failsafe.  It's flavoursome rather than spicy and the children both love it too.  The recipe is on the Wiki,

    My Rhubarb Shortbread & cream (more of a cake really) is a fab summery pudding.

    For the main, I find something that doesn't require too much faff at the last minute is best so my Beef & Horesradish Casserole is good but possibly too wintery for now.  How about a quiche and salad?

    Oh and I can vouch for Sharrington's curry recipe :-)
