  • Why? Why? Why?<repeat ad nauseum>

I honestly never understood until now quite how annoying it is having a child that asks 'why?' CONSTANTLY!  It's like a competition to see who gives in first and I am losing. Aaaaaarrrrgggghhh!!!!!

    Rant over.

You could try and amuse yourself by giving out really long winded and detailed answers that are totally made up?

H did that and it worked for a bit.  Now he just pauses for a few seconds after the explanation and then says 'but why???'.  I suspect he is saying it to wind me up now!  He's already started on the 'but...' thing too.  We call him Loophole Larry as he tries to find an excuse or way around everything we ask him to do.  He's such a cheeky little blighter!

DAAGBF - I think my head just exploded Laugh.  btw smarties just FB'd me your chocolate orange muffin recipe.  Looks yum!  I can look forward to a day of 'why do you need sugar?', 'why are they going in the oven'? etc etc as T and I make them tomorrow.
