I feel really upset about this email

I can't believe that email is genuine, it's just so wrong, and doesn't even answer your question.

I am disgusted by that reply, how dare they. I would be phoning to complain.

I also want to complain to my local brownie club but havent got a phone number, I have sent 3 emails to the local groups brown owl and havent recieved anything back, I have also rang her and left messages but still nothing.

Dont let this matter go. Keep us updated.

Absolutely fuming on your behalf.  What a disgraceful reply.  Ok, so maybe they have misunderstood your first query, about the waiting list thing, which would explain point one, but the second thing ... there's no misunderstanding this, it implies that your daughter isn't popular (WTF would they know?), that bullying does go on or has gone on, that they allow this to happen, and that they are a very non-inclusive group. 

I'd phone but I would also send this to the regional/national head people to show exactly what you received, I would also inform them that you are sending it to the local press, because this shouldn't go unnoticed.

I have sent the person an email back telling them how disgusted I am and that i'm taking the matter further.  Have got the number of the local scout leader as someone suggested but there is no reply and not having much luck finding a number for someone at the top...not really sure but will keep looking and will keep you posted.

I wouldn't contact the scouts at all tbh they really have nothing to do with the guides/brownies and rainbows. You need to contact the district commissioner for your guides/brownies rainbows. I'd google district commissioner and your area and see what you come up with if the guides website doesn't have their names and contact details.
