For just totally disappearing into the ether
Well, I got back from honeymoon on 7th June. We had the most AMAZING time! We went to Jamaica for two weeks and stayed at Couples Swept Away. I've never been anywhere as amazing, the weather, the food, the people, the site were just perfect. We did have a few problems during the trip but nothing could put a dampner on it. We had to move rooms the second night we were there because we had water coming down one wall. H's camera was damaged too. Well, we rang front desk and they sent someone from maintenance over and we were moved to a new room within an hour, then we filled out a report for the camera and the hotel sorted it with there insurance and gave us a cheque to replace it. No problem!! I got bitten by mosquitoes and had an allergic reaction, I looked all puffy and bruised at every bite so I had to have an injection, a course of tablets and some cream but at leat it made it better...Then, the Wednesday before we came home I smashed my foot into a chair. Thought it was broken and the onsite nurse strapped it for me and everyone was lovely and so helpful. It was my own fault but people kept apologising and asking if they could get us anything!!! Turns out nothing was broken, I went to A&E a week after we got back and they xrayed it. I dislocated two toes, one was settling back properly but the other had moved totally off the joint and started to set so It's still all strapped and I'm on crutches until at least tomorrow...
Still the honeymoon was fantastic, we went ziplining, climbing waterfalls, swimming with dolphins, visited a rum distillery and went on the Black River. Pics are on fb for those of you who are friends with me on there 
So I apologise for neglecting my hitching duties, I hope everyone who got married in the interim had a fantastic day, and good luck to those who are getting married soon. I will be lurking around but not here as much as I used to be, I have no wedding to plan any more and not quite sure what to do with myself now (here and in the real world)...might have to start thinking about moving to BT but I'm applying to do another degree now so even that might have to be put on hold!!!
