Did you get a feeling you knew the sex...

before you found out or baby was born?

I was 95% convinced that E was a girl and she was.

This time around I am convinced again its a girl and will be shocked to be told anything different. EVeryone I talk to thinks I am having another girl.H however thinks its a boy. One of us had to be wrong!

I'm not sure if my feeling this time around is because having a girl is all I know or if its just something that its going to be...

Anyway random pondering for a sunday evening...were you right in your first thoughts?...

I never had any feeling at all.  With R I had convinced myself she was a boy but not based on a feeling, more as a defence mechanism I think with hindsight.

With T I was 100% certain that he was a boy - not based on anything other than a gut feeling and he was!

With both my pregnancies I was convinced I was having a girl. I got it wrong the second time.

First time I was certain I was having a boy. I had a boy.

Second time I felt nowhere near as certain but felt it was more likely a girl, until the end of the pregnancy where I started to feel it was a boy.  It was another boy.

I was convinced H thought I was suprised to be told we are having a boy. I think I was convinced he was a girl as they are so much easier to name and could think of a long list of possibilities but am underwhelmed by boys names at the moment.

I was absolutely convinced I was having a boy, I couldn't picture a girl in our family, it was definitely a boy.

We had a 20 week scan to be told Moomin was actually a girl.  Took me a while to get my head around that as I had been so sure.

I was convinced both times I was having a boy With Amy I think it was a protective thing as I really wanted a girl but didn't like to admit it. With Phoebe it was because the pregnancy varied so much but well obviously I was proved wrong

I didn't have any feelings as such but never had a name choosen for a boy but had a girls name from day 1 practically!!

When I was pg with J, I knew fromthe moment I got that BFP on the test that he was a boy and he was.  N, I wasn't too sure but deep down I knew he was a boy too.

My friend knew that her 2nd would be another boy and he was.

early pregnancies i was convinced i was having a boy and i did, but towards the end i wasnt sure anymore, 2nd pregnancy i was convinced it was a girl and had a scan which confirmed and she was a girl

i got my bfp and told my best friend and she said 'oooo what do you think you will have' and i said 'itl be a boy' i just knew he was, i dont know why, but i would have bet my house on the fact that he was a boy.  anyway before the 20 week scan, h and i looked at JKs scan pics of how to tell if you are having a boy or a girl and at the scan h said 'its a girl' the sonographer said 'is it' and then L gave us a flash as if to say 'I AM NOT A GIRL!!'

From the minute i got a BFP, H and I were convinced we were having a girl- 20 week scan showed we were correct!

I always thought A was a boy and we often referred to bump as he - though i tried not to incase it was a girl but always slipped back into doing it. everyone said i was having a boy too - and he was! We only decided on a boys name and had he been a girl it would have been a real surprise.

Its so interesting seeing other peoples thoughts...I'm getting impatient now and I want to know asap! x
