o/t - so angry!

ok so my close friend has confided in me that she does not want her HTB going somewhere on his stag do as it has a number of strip clubs init.  my oh one of his best men and she asked me to try and make sure that they did not go to this place.  me and my oh were talking about this stag do and i mentioned the situation.  Anyway his mate landed tonight (who is getting married) and my oh only went and told him what she was worried about!!!! i'm so angry with him i made him ring and explain to his mate - who said oh he wont say anything but just goes to show that she doesnt trust him!!!!!

but TUT TUT, schoolgirl error kandi!! shoulda known better than to leave the conversation with your OH without CLEAR AND SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS as to how your OH would approach this with his mate!

men have no idea about tact and diplomacy in these delicate situations!! tell your friend that the best thing she can do, if she really really doesnt want him to go to this place is to make it HIS idea not to go! in my experience you plant little seeds, you make off the cuff comments and remarks to get his wee mind thinking, and low and behold he changes his mind...... so she either drops hints about going somewhere else (where he would have a MUCH better time) or she drops hints about how rubbish the place is that he has decided to go!

i totally knwo that and i normally would...problem was i mentioned it to him and then he was on the phone to another friend and the next thing i know the friend who stag do it is had popped in for a visit!! i just didnt get a chance...i wouldnt care i glared at him before he said it and he still said it!!!

i know thats what we are doing for her hen night tbh - i know things will be ok and its not my oh or him that she doesnt trust its her 2 brother in law's (her sisters hubbies)
