Can you use them for newborns? I hate the look of normal bibs and far prefer these, plus they come in lots of funky designs!

I have lots of muslins already and am planning to BF - does that make any difference?

Personally I found Skibz quite "rigid" if that's the word, not experienced dribble ons but we have bipi stuff dribble bibs (they were 3 for £10 ish on ebay) and these were lovely and soft and far more absorbant than the one skibz that I bought

Another vote for Bipi Stuff ones - they're lovely

Ooh, haven't heard of those ones, will have a look now. Thank you!

I didn't like skibz either, they don't seem to fit well and don't look very comfy.  Plus, I use them for George's dribbling as he's teething, and they get soaked really quickly.

I use Mum 2 Mum bandana bibs.  They're £4.50, have a waterproofish type backing (but nice material) and seem to fit really nicely.  They don't come in funky patterns but do come in different colours - we have navy and red.

I bought mine from here: http://www.ukmum2mum.co.uk/wonderbibs_bandana.php

Oooh I love the look of the babykind ones.  It says they have a fleece backing though, do they get soaked through quickly?  How thick are they?  I feel my debit card twitching to get out of my purse!

I was pleasantly surprised that they don't soak through Dinx.  Ethan is dribbling horribly, and you could wrin the front, but the back would stay dry - very impressive
