LOl - if you could. I dont do diet and exercise so this is going to be rather painful for me. I was thinking very small changes now to slowing introduce myself to it all (im a big baby really) then starvation diet nearer the time - Surprise

I am rubbish at diets too!!  I had the same kind of problem with a dress I had for a friends wedding last year.  In the end I purchased some "keep it all in knickers" from m&s - they really do suck it all in, not the nicest of things to look at but they did the job.

Other than that, if your dress has a zip up the back to fasten it have you thought about having it made in a corset style back? this would give you a bit maore room & corset style backs are ace for nipping the waist in.

I'm signed up on tescodiets.com - £29.90 money back guarantee of a stone lost in 8 weeks...

A friend at work has done slimming world and has lost over two stone since september.

I was never one for weighing myself or dieting, but since January, we have started a fat club in work where we get weighed every wed - and i lost over a stone at the beginning of March (goal was to have lost that before my hen)- i think that getting weighed every week gives me an insentive to try to stick to some sort of good food during the week, and some light exercise - we pay a £1 a week, and our next goal is a ten week one, and the one that has lost the most wins the money!! - there is over £100 in the jackpot - hoping it is mine this time!!!  Hoping to have lost another stone in this 10 weeks.

You will loose the weight if you want to,but dont go mad in the gym otherwise you will might quit in two weeks!!!! take it nice and slowly and it does drop off, and when you see it dropping off, you set yourself more goals.

    Good Luck

sorry, east sussex, although I do holiday in Devon, but when I do that diet is the last thing on my mind. Came back from tour of gym and it was lovely but too much money realy and not convinced I could stick with it, discussed it with OH and decided the price of the gym for a year could buy as all bikes and go riding together!

going to check out tesco though and dress fitter!

think I might take pictures of the back of my dress and have a monthly fitting to see if there is any improvement
