O/T :(

just when things are going good it comes back and bites me really hard in the ass. i had my first panick attack in about 2 weeks whilst swinging round the pole at my class after getting one move nailed and had to leave. i feel so low atm [:'(] and to top it off i shouted at OH when i got in cos i thought he was "telling me off" for having one

have a so frustraiting when things like this happen, just when you dare to think things are looking up and something like this happens out of the blue!!! not sure what the situation was when you came in but maybe your OH was trying to help in a skewed bloke kind of way??!! this is a blip hun tomorrow is another day you have had two good weeks lets try to make it three this time keep your targets small and achievable, reward yourself when you reach them it will come with time, just dont beat yourself up about this x x

i know he was but ive managed to put him in a grump as he ahd arranged his evening. i'll be ok, just feel like a BIG idiot as im fine now im home!!!

Curly Panda I am a regular "viewer" on hitched but hardly ever post! But I saw this post and just wanted to lend you some support because as a fellow panic attack sufferer I feel for you. I know how an attack after a little while of being free from them can really knock your confidence but it's usually just a sign to me that I need to slow down a bit and get some people to lay the pressure of me a little. And I am definitely also guilty on taking it out on OH as he is the only person that will forgive me for it - I suppose that's why I'm marrying him! So I'm sure your OH understands too. All the best. x
