Well today I finally met some real life internet weirdies!  The Blackpool Zoo meet went really well.  It was lovely meeting Pea in a Pod, Tinks, Katamari and their LOs. The weather brightened after a grey start and we all had a good time.  I was really glad that my two behaved- Jack managed to stay on the cute side of cheeky and Poppy did her usual of sleeping whilst Jack is around to steal the limelight (she's now happily babbling and playing next to me now that Jack has gone to bed!  Hopefully we'll meet again soon and to those who haven't been brave enough to join a meet - do it!  Thanks PinaP, Tinks and Katamari for a lovely day x

ETA - I was the sad one who was first on hitched!  Only because Jack currently goes to bed around 6 and H isn't back home until 9pm!

It was a lovely day - I really enjoyed it! I loved meeting everyone and their gorgeous children, although I will fess up to being horrifically nervous at meeting you all! Laugh I'm just glad that Toby stayed in a reasonably good mood - apart from weeing on himself, which he has never done previously!ROTFL

Thank you all for a fab meet and special thanks to PinaP for picking me up from the station and giving me use of a pushchair. Hug

We shall def have to do something again soon. Oh and you weren't first on, I had time read but not post due to Bratski and Toby tag teaming me!

Thank you so much for a lovely day and not making me into slippers!

sorry C was a grump turns out the poor mite had bit his toungue must have been when he jumped because of the workmen noise, i do however feel awful as i didnt notice but i think me routing about in his mouth to check may not have been that helpful at the time either!

had a really good day though and would love to meet again

We had a fabulous time too! It was so nice to meet you in real life and your gorgeous little ones.  Everyone was so friendly and the LOs were on top form.  Poor little C biting his tongue, im sure that calpol did the job at sorting him out Smile Jack is a cheeky little monkey (in a lovely way) and Poppy was soooo well behaved! I hope I am so lucky with no2.  Toby is the most adorable little boy, he is just gorgeous and looks just like his mummy!  All of the Mummy's were fab too, it was really so nice to meet you all.

Lucas had a brilliant time and I had to wake him up at 6pm as he was out for the count still, he has went off to bed at 7 no bother though so a nice quiet night for us.  We would absolutely love to do something again and to meet other NW mums!

This actually looks very doable and is public transport friendly as well! It would be lovely to meet some more Hitchers!
