Hmm, if it was someone in the close bridal party then yes, if it was a distant friend or relative then probably not.

Was watching that four weddings and the pretty irish girl wore a lace ivory dress to the other ladies wedding! eek!!
dont think it would cos its never gona compare to my dress! lol. mind you if you were wearing the very simple, no train kinda dress and some1 turned up in something similar...then i could understand somone being sooo annoyed!

After all everyone there will know me and who I am and unless they wore a wedding dress then I don't see the problem with white, cream or ivory outfits.
It wouldnt bother me, I am a winter wedding so actively promote the white wintery look! No-one is going to were anything remotely like mine at the end of the day.

TBH, I'm not so bothered - although in Four Weddings I did think she looked kinda bridal and way over the top. Not sure why she did it tbh
I have to say that it would bother me a bit if it was a white/ivory dress that they wore. I think this is a big no-no for guests going to a wedding
Ummm depends. Probably not if it was short dress or sumin but if it was long i dot think id be to happy!
I'm with Moya and Gillsy, I wouldn't be happy if someone turned up in a cream/ white/ ivory dress. As Gillsy said it's a basic wedding no no or so I think anyway.
My brother's girlfriend was planning on wearing a floor-length ivory gown to my wedding. Thus followed my only bridezilla moment so far.
Not at all. The wife of our usher wore a white trouser suit and whilst I laughed I wasn't bothered. Everyone that has seen our photos commented on it. I actually wore a cream suit with pink pinstripes through it with a pink top to a wedding before.

When my MUM (who is giving me away) told me she is wearing a floor length, ivory dress and continued to explain that she could wear again it if she got re-married I had the biggest bridezilla fit ever!
