What time is everyone getting married??

i like that idea!

we're getting married at 2pm but we were lucky cos the chapel we've got has no other weddings that day (we're the only wedding there since 2006!) so we could choose our time & how long our service is.

Im half 12!!  but i was chatting to some1 whos going to an 1130 wedding!!

I have booked the church for 12.30pm.

Because its a winter wedding, it gets dark earlier, and i dont want to be having the day reception in the dark.

But i think i probably would have chosen a similar time no matter what time of year it was so its fine

I'm 2pm.

My Mum actually said the other day "what are we going to do all morning?" 

So sounds like i'll be getting ready alone whilst her & my Dad go out for a hike or something. Parents! 

If I were you I'd go for 12pm.  Will make your day so much longer but just make sure that you will have enough time to get everybody ready in the morning and won't be too rushed.

I'm getting married at 2pm.

Another getting married at 2 pm. It was that or 3.30 pm which we decided was too late.

We are getting married at 1pm - i had the same worry as you but once you sit down and think about everything taking place - ceremony, photos, eating, speeches, cake cutting etc it will all be ok!

3.30pm here in the middle of December so we're hoping it will be dark. Not bothered about it going by quickly but am a bit worried about getting decent photo's.

we're getting married at 3:45pm. it is a bit late but ours is more of a dinner/dance event and also wanted time to get ready etc - definitely NOT a morning person! hoping the summer sunshine will give us enough time to take some nice pcitures before 6, when the evening guests arrive for drinks (dinner for everyone at 7). 12 will be fine if you're eating at 2:30-3ish xx

Our ceremony was due to start at about 12.30 but actually started around 12.45 once the registrars had spoken to us (civil ceremony).


We had a winter wedding and the wedding breakfast started off light outside but ended up dark which was really pretty with all the candles!!

We're getting married at 12pm too! but because I'm getting ready about an hours drive from the Reg office, the makeup lady has said she needs to start 7am to make sure everyone's ready. good job i'm an early riser!

have already had a few "comments" regarding how early guests will have to leave/travel/get ready etc. my answer.......GET UP EARLIER....LEAVE EARLIER!!!!!!

Ha ha I'm really panicking now . . . I'm getting married at 10am
