o/t gutted - job related.

I've always wanted to work within the housing section (don't ask why lol) i applied for a job a few weeks ago.

Just found out that i was meant to be at an interview at 9am this morning!!

They apparently sent me an email confirming the time and day, but i never received it.

Now got to wait to see if the people they are interviewing today are un-suitable, before i find out if they want to interview me.

Really really gutted.

No need to reply, just want to vent!

Aww MillyMolly thats a shame, I think they should definitely give you an interview regardless of the other candidates.

Oh no, that's awful! How infuriating that they didn't call to check or ask for confirmation from you! Hope you get a belated interview....fingers crossed!

They've just called me to ask me to go this afternoon, and its too short notice to get the time off work! Typical!!!

Urgh. They don't sound very with it. When I wanted to offer interviews I called all the candidates first, and if I didn't hear back sent emails. Hope it works out for you.
