When did you have a show?

I'm 40+3 today and have started to get period type pains that have turned into mild(ish) contractions I think. Thing is I was expecting to have had a show before labour starts but I haven't had anything other than clear/white CM for 3/4 days.

i didnt have any shows at all - first thing I knew was when my waters broke.

I had mild period pains for about an hour, then had a show and about 5 mins later my water broke - A was born about 10ish hours later

I had a show while I was contracting for the second night!

i didn't have one! First thing I had was my waters breaking (which turned out to be hind water not 'the big one'!!) - wasn't feeling any contractions so went to the hospital for monitoring and the machie showed I was contracting roughly every 3 mins and was 5cm dilated!!

I had a very small amount of blood streaked mucus about 4 days birth. I never had a proper show prior to labour, on both occasions it happened at the start of established labour, in hospita,.

With J, I had my show in the delivery room, 3 hours after my waters went and my contractions were every 3 mins.

With A, i'd been having contractions for about 3 hours, and they were every 7 mins. Shortly after the show, my waters went and my contractions went to every 4 mins.

Mine was over a period of about a week! Although to be fair it didnt really have blood in it until when I was in labour. I've started having bits now but because of last time I'm not taking a lot of notice in the absence of pain!

After 15 hrs latent labour (like BHs for me - very gentle) and just as active labour started. Waters went about 2 hours after that, and baby arrived about 4 hours after that, at 40+5.
