N&P Carriegfornow!

What an amazing woman she is.

Last night most of the Reading Kleek (we missed you Rusty) went to a Charity Ball in aid of Bliss and Frimley Park SCBU organised by the very lovely Carriegfornow.

The food was fab, the company was exceptional, we played some great games, the auction was fun and there were fab raffle prizes too.

Carrie organised all this while working 4 days a week and looking after Sammy who has been in and out of hospital with his chest over the winter and he had chicken pox this week too.

She is Wonder Woman!

All of what Sharon said. It was a fantastic night and Carrie did an exceptional job at organising it all and making sure everyone had a great time, whilst looking impossibly glamorous at the same time.

What a fantastic night it was.  Carrie is indeed amazing to juggle everything these last few months - Sammy being ill, moving house, looking after her pony, working 4 days a week AND organising such a brilliant event.

Looks like £8-£10,000 should have been made which is just jaw-dropping.

I am a teensy bit hung-over but it was worth it.

I too am slightly hungover, and there appear to be a pair of dancing shoes signed by Flavia from Strictly in my living room. Damn the combination of wine and charity auctions...

<sob> Me too. So ironic that even if I could have gotten the night off work, I wouldn't have been able to go due to puking child. Gah!
