***Friday 3rd trimester***

Hi,

I was waiting to see if someone was going to start it this morning but nobdyseem around !

Not a positive moz today, william is getting worst with his cold so I am really struggling, off to GP this morning again !! and I seem to be awake every night until 3 am and I just cant sleep !! am so tired ! On the positive side I ordered some nice clothe on verbaudet yesterday which really cheered me up, this weekend we should get all the bay furniture sorted now that the decorating is finished and then I will be asking for baby out vibes as I am truly fed up lol !!!!

I rarely post on here although read every day! 

Moz - sorry to hear William is getting worse hope he gets better soon.  Harvey is all cough cough cough at the moment, we missed his swimming lesson yesterday as I though it would be a bad idea to swim with a cold and am so glad I didn't take him, he is a full-on snot-fest this morning.  Exciting about the furniture and the Vertbaudet order, hope you get everything sorted.

Me - I am 35+3 and getting a bit uncomfortable although can't complain really as everything else is okay.  We are off to look at a house this morning, we want to get a bigger place but to stay in this village which is easier said than done as most of the houses seem to be so expensive or just as small as ours.  The baby is having to share a room with Mr Snowball's office and the room is tiny so sardines isn't the word.

Moz, aww I hope the day, and William, gets better soon! Can you try to have a snooze later today when your boy does(if he does)? Retail therapy, always a winner! OK, I am ready to send the Baby Out vibes as soon as the nursery is finished.

Me, I am frigging knackered and cant wait for today and this work week to be over. Even if I cant sleep, I am staying in bed until lunch time tomorrow!

Tomorrow evening we are going to a 30th birthday party and on Sunday to the PIL for Mothers Day dinner. Should all be nice, as long as I can stay awake.

Morning all,

Moz - sorry you have had a bad nights sleep and that William is still poorly. Hope you manage to get all the furniture sorted this week for the baby

NO - woohoo to it being Friday, hope the day goes quickly for you and you get your lie in. I have found that if I wake around 5/6am then by getting up, getting a drink and a biscuit or two I can persuade my body to sleep again for a few hours

Snowball - hope H is better soon and that the house is positive. Picking up my car next week so maybe we can finally meet sometime soon!!

AFM - not much planned for today except a hair cut. H is working nights all weekend so likely to be a quiet weekend but after that he is off for 6 weeks!! May try and get my to do list finished. Have decided that I will welcome baby out vibes from today as my holiday officially finishes today and maternity leave starts on Monday!!!

Hope digi is holding her baby soon.

Snowball - Its not easy when you have a small house is it? Our baby has to share its room with its sister and its not a big room, its the space that we struggle with, there is none, lol

NO - Have a nice evening tomorrow, sounds like you will have a good time and prob best to stay in bed tomorrow morning just to relax then at least you wont be to shattered for your party

AFM - Im off to the hospital this morning for my appointment with the consultant juts for a chec up, had MW yesterday and baby is 2/5ths engaged, I told her about all my period pains, backache, and that I have had a really bad discharge (sorry tmi) the last couple of days and she thinks im going to have baby early so H is getting very excited, im just thinking it will come when its ready.

ITS MY LAST DAY AT WORK TODAY im off now, will try and pop back on later, baby out vibes to all those that need them

AFM- work up at about 6am with a rock hard sore bump, could it have been a BH?  I didn't have any with Izzy.  I'm working from home today as I don't feel great and think I must have been eating razoe blades in the night!

angeldust - i'm afraid i have no idea about BH but maybe it was if you've not had that sensation before? Hope you feel better later.

AFM  i'm off work today and tomorrow on annual leave so have to spend cleaning up as we're picking my mum up from the airport later and she'll be staying with us for a few days. Will be lovely to see her as haven't seen her since the end of last year, i've got much bigger since then!

We have practically finished the nursery lat night, bedings on the cotbed (not that they'll be using it for a while) and a couple of pictures are up, we just need to add a few things once we know what flavour they are! But I get a warm glow everytime i walk past the room or look in there, makes me feel all fuzzy that we'll have our baby soon!

Moz - really hope the doc can help william sounds like you need a break. but yeah to getting baby furniture sorted this weekend!

Snowball - I remember getting uncomfortable about your stage, after thinking it had been 'easy' up til then. ooooh, hope all goes well with house hunting! exciting!

NO - take it easy - I saw on other days posts that your feet etc are all swollen, just make sure you take it easy! have a gd time at the party - heading anywhere nice?

CD - are you just getting a trim today or a shiny new hairdo?! have a nice weekend then how lovely to have your H home!

Zoe - hope appt goes well with consultant. enjoy your last day at work - very good reason to

Angeldust - hope you feel better soon. Sounds like BH to me, but I only found that out cos i was getting them when in hospital and they said thats what they were - I thought it was just baby's bum pushing out

DD - have a lovely weekend with your mum, but dont overdo it on the cleaning! and yeah to getting nursery done, its such a lovely feeling!

AFM - well, after my stay in hospital now under consultant care. BP is being monitored but tablets seem to be doing the trick.

Had consultant appt yesterday, tried to do a sweep but no luck, I havent started dilating yet. BUT she has said that with my history of high BP, the lower fluid around baby and that baby is a wee bit on small side, they don't want me to go over, so I am bring taken in next Wed afternoon to be induced!! go in on wed, they start me that night and see what happens, so by next weekend I should have a baby!!!! You should have seen H's face when we were leaving - It was like he has only just realised that we will actually have to look after a baby, its all been a lovely idea when its in my tummy, but now its happening for real! I had to laugh!

HE is also saying that if baby arrives before midnight on wed (highly unlikely) that we should call her Patricia cos of St Patricks day - not a chance! (my sonographer at 20wk scan said that I friend of hers had a girl on st pats and called it Shamrock!)

CD - I don't know if you want to update list to put me for induction?

Angeldust - I have updated the list for you. Sorry you had a rough nights sleep - hopefully the fact you are working from home today means you can squeeze in a nap.

DD & NO - my husband is lucky that his holiday runs from April to March so he can take two weeks holiday, then two weeks paternity and then another two weeks holiday. The plan is that we get some couple time and some baby time but we shall see if the baby has other ideas!! 

DD - have a lovely time with your mum, I bet she is so looking forward to seeing you. When are we going to see your nursery photos?

lish - how exciting to have a date (have amended list accordingly). Now you can get everything sorted towards that date and you should have a baby by the weekend - woohoo!! I totally understand where your H is coming from - its so weird when you have that realisation that suddenly your bump will be a real life baby very soon. 

Hi everyone

Just a quick one from me as I'm very busy at work but struggling to concentrate because of the pain.  27+6 today and feel dreadful.  Back and pelvis are getting more painful by the time.  I saw my midwife on Wednesday and she gave me a rollocking for still being at work.  Seriously beginning to think that she's right though.

Im a little annoyed with the hospital after my consultancy appointment today. They kept us waiting an hour to be seen by the doctor and when I asked if we would be waiting for very much longer the woman behind the desk looked at me as if I had a second head.

When I finally got to see someone it was a registra, which is fine but I have seen this one before and she is usless, she just refuses to listen and does her own thing. She had a feel on the baby and its position and said it was average size which was good but then started going on about having a scan to check the size of the baby. She was talking to me about when I had B saying how her shoulders got stuck (NEVER HAPPENED) how all these doctors came running into the delivery room (NEVER HAPPENED) and how I had to have my legs pulled up towards my head (NEVER HAPPENED!!!) I did tell her all these things never happened, even my mum told her that and she was there when B was born but the registra just wouldnt listen to me. I then got told ' we are happy for you to have a vaginal birth after a discussion,' first I had heard about the possibility of not having the baby vaginally. She was not a people person and just seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else.

So I have a scan on Monday which I am looking forward to as I will get to see my baby again but I just wish they would involve me as it is my body and my baby in the end.
