buying and hiring I would guess are about the same price,and You might get the aqua beads from Au Naturelle . if you can't find them I can probably supply them for you, I can also hire or supply fish bowls if you are in the North West

We usually use a 20cm Mirror with a 25cm Bowl like this:

Or this is a 30cm Mirror with a 20cm Bowl:

You don't want the mirror too big as there will be lots of Crockery, Cutlery, Favours, Bottles of Wine etc on the table and if you are using petals this will also make the centrepeice cover a larger area.

Hi, i got mine for 99p per pack from www.netpricedirect.co.uk.  I got the clear ones but they also do the coloured ones too for same price, also have some nice crystal tea light holders that i got for my table decorations. Hope this helps!
