My shoes arrived today but...

they're too big They are perfect, just what I want. But the listing said the shoes were a size 5 but when I tried them on they were too big & on the bottom they say 39. I've googled it & (please correct me if I'm wrong) all the sites I looked at said that 39 is size 6. Luckily on the box I've discovered that they are a Pink Paradox style which I can get from the same shop that I bought my dress with hopefully a discount. I just hope that I'm able to return them because it said no returns.

Yep, your are right, a 39 is a size 6! I work in fashion (buy shoes for a designer name), so you van trust me! :)

if the listing said they were size 5 and they sent you a size 6 you have every right to return them for refund or swap as it's the seller's error.

if they object threaten them with trade descriptions act or trading standards!! xx

just received an email back from the seller & she was really appologetic (she's selling them on her sisters behalf & going by second hand info) & has offered to refund including postage which I'm happy about. It makes me feel good to know that there are decent people out there (although I'd got myself all worked up to have an argument with her!!!)

Just got to hope I can find the shoes for a reasonable price. Does anyone know how much Pink Paradox shoes usually retail at?

£45-65 pounds I think. Mine were £55.....

Thanks teehee. I've been googling them (yes I'm supposed to working but there you go) & they usually sell for £54 but I've found a site selling them for £30 which is actually cheaper than I bought them on ebay! Not gonna get them until my refund shows but fingers crossed they'll still have them.

It's good that she is taking them back.  I would have also had an arguement ready!

Which ones are they?  Don't forget to google for discount codes before you pay online - you can save a fortune that way.
