humour me please!

for those of you who had early scans at what gestation did you see a heartbeat?

I have my scan in 9 days and I should be around 7ish weeks if (god willing) all is well am I likely to see a HB at this stage?

We saw two heartbeats at 6+4 with the boys.

When I had my natural BFP 4 years ago, we saw a heartbeat at 7+3.

At 6+4.

With Milly I had my first early scan at 5+2 and saw a sac and yolk. 3 days later at another scan we saw her heartbeat for the first time. She was 2.5mm long. 4 days later at yet another scan she'd doubled in size and was a huge 5mm with her little heart still fluttering away!

I'm keeping everything crossed for you to see a lovely strong heartbeat at your scan.

Both times we have seen a HB around 7 weeks x

7 weeks should be fine x

Rowan as 7+3 at her first scan, and we saw it then.  It's supposed to be from 6+0 - but can vary a little - and definitely artificially varies because people rarely can be accurate to the day about their conception date.  The private clinic that I went to said that they won't scan before 7 weeks, for that reason.
