Mums of nearly 2 y olds, what are they getting for their birthday?

I'd love to know what you're getting your LO's please!

T's birthday was in february, we got him the sizzling kitchen from elc. Which he seems to like. Other things he got, was a climbing frame for the garden (little tykes) and a thomas pop up tent, which he adores and has his day time naps in now as well (as its in his bedroom) he also likes the play kettle from elc, and he has a maids trolley, with mops, broom, dustpain, mop bucket and pretend spray bottles. (Wanted to add this is from a number of people, we only got him the kitchen) hth.

J was 2 in December and for his birthday and Christmas (so 2 and about three weeks) he got a kitchen set, a wooden train set, some Happyland toys, a Cozy Coupe car, lots of books, a toy hoover and lots of cars and a car mat.

T is 3.5 now but trying to remember what he had for his 2nd birthday. He loved the velcro vegetables you can cut, and various happyland bits. I think he got his wooden garage then too which gets daily use still!

We're asking for a trunki from my parents so that will be one of his biggest presents.

I already stocked up on his presents from us in the sale at xmas. He's got an ITNG scooter, various arty things and ummm...you know what I can't remember the rest (shows I put a lot of thought into it! )

It was last year but she got sizzling kitchen from ELC plus various food toys to go with it.

Craft things like crayons, stickers, stuff like that.

Books.

Dressing up clothes - which to be honest she's not really used very much this year I am hoping they come into their own this year instead.

Happy People stuff.

Oh, and the kitchen was well worth the money. She is nearly three now and is busy organising a picnic with her cuddly toys right now!

T is 2 in May and just have ideas at the moment and want to get him:

Sandpit for the garden

Garden wheelbarrow and accessories

Maybe an easel and art stuff but he still isn't into this so may wait and see if he is ready for Christmas or when he is 3.

Pop up tent/tunnel

I have already picked up a couple of 2nd hand bits I may also give - car mat, aquadraw and mini sizzling kitchen but these could be given Christmas or whenever really.

Can't think of anything else for the moment!

Am I a really stingy mummy?

The bits I have listed are including what I will ask other people to get as always get asked for ideas.

Was hoping to get some ideas for Emily from this as she is 2 on 31st March and I am really struggling. Our problem is the close age gap between the two girls and the fact they are both of the same flavour! So far we have got her a cardboard playhouse from ELC which is full size playhouse but plain and comes with stickers and can be painted and drawn on to decorate it themselves, it was only £30 full price, but I got it for £12.50 in the sale! And a pack of 20 tubs of playdough as they go through pots of this each week. Lastly a set of ITNG figures. And thats it so far. I really need some ideas.

thanks for the ideas! Amongst other things   I am going to get him a mini dustpan and brush/broom as he loves to help me and is a bit lethal with full sized ones!

 

When L was 2 he got a little tikes kitchen. It's only just gone up in the loft!

Charlotte is having the duplo zoo from us (reduced at argos ) and the fairy boot happyland thing that I got in the ELC sale from her sister.
