at her being adamant about the venue - the photo was yours, plus you had a photo of you with the bride at the venue (with the same dressing) to prove it - how on earth did she think she'd get away with that? What a loathsome, devious and incompetent individual. If she has to steal images from several different types of suppliers and try to pass them off as her own then she's obviously not able to provide nor has ever provided those services, otherwise she'd be proud to want to show off her own work. I see she's apparently exhibiting at a fair this June - makes my blood boil!

omg sherrie that is disgusting, glad that she has finally removed all the photos, makes you wonder about the quality of her own work/what experience she actually has.  Hope no Brides get caught out,   really hate how easy it is to copy images off the net.

Hi Sherrie, that's disgusting and against copyright laws.  They're using your images and "passing off" as it's known as their own work.  You can report them to their website, google wherever (google hate this kind of thing) or via a webmaster.  You need to keep trying to contact them - if no joy with their website holder/google - get a solicitors letter sent to them.  I used to work with a solicitor who deals with this kind of stuff - if you need contact details just let me know (he is really good and very knowledgeable).  If they don't remove your pics - they get sued!

It's disgraceful - I too would be seething if I saw that someone had used one of our video samples on their website, claiming it to be their own work.  I don't think TS will help tbh although they are great at consumer law and breaches of that etc.  However they may be able to advise a suitable avenue to go down.

Angry on your behalf - for any misdirected business. Also annoyed that they're trying to dupe brides who have a hard enough time trying to choose the right supplier when they're representing themselves honestly!

The woman in South Wales still hasn't removed my image from her website - so cross.  I phoned her - it was obviously a home phone number and she said it was her work, it had been on her site for 3 years and put the phone down on me.  I phoned back, no answer left a message and said she had a week to remove it - she still hasn't.

So will be taking Marc's advice and getting Trading Standards involved too - she could have easily re-created my balloon decoration and taken a photo of it!!!!

Just shocking and terrible as well as darn right cheeky plus they're misleading clients.  Hope you get it sorted Sherrie, just like the last one.  I hate it when people do this kind of thing - if they're struggling for images maybe they should dress some venues for free then take photo's and not steal others pics.

I admire you for not N&S, but would you email me this website please?  I'd just like to know it, & keep an eye in case I find some of my bits show up on it.  I don't want to appear arrogant enough to think that someone would copy my bits, but would rather be on the safe side, cos I'd be fuming too!!
