    thanks

  • Re: colour schemes

My sister in law is having Dark Purple and silver and they have been great colours to work with. Not sure how the black would work with a dark purple but am sure hints of it would work ok.

  • Re: colour schemes

yeah it was just small hints of it tbh styill not sure idea has come from seeing a waistcoat and tie for 30 seconds or so...need to go and have another look me thinks.....

  • Re: colour schemes

Purple is very popular this year, especially with silver.  Hints of black will go well as long as it's not too overly done IFSWIM. Hot fuschia pink also looks good with purple and black with silver too.

I am having dark purple, silver and white.

I think its a great colour, but i just have the problem of choosing the right purple before i start doing things with it.

Purple Black& Silver can look Gothic but it can also look very classy & elegant if the colours are put together in the right way.By adding a lilac colour it can soften the look. Here are some ideas of how it can look:

I think those colours will look fab - as others have said, keep control of the black and it will look great.

I'm having victorian lilac and silver with ivory.

I think those colours will look great, I like the cadburys purple, looks a bit more luxurious and I think if the purple and silver are the more dominant colours with a little bit of black, it will be fab! x
